Who We Are
Ministrymad Roofing is a referral service for homeowners with a roof problem. That is all we do. We do not climb ladders, tear off shingles, or hang a single sheet of metal. Providers do the work.
Why We Exist
Say you come home to a drip in the hallway. You search online and get a wall of ads. Every company sounds the same. It is hard to know who to trust or what the job should cost.
Ministrymad Roofing was built to make that first step calmer. We explain costs in plain numbers. We stress written quotes. And we connect you with independent local roofing contractors who handle new roofs and storm-related work.
How the Matching Works
You reach out by phone or by the request form. We ask a few simple questions: what happened, how big the roof is, and where the home is. Then we route you to a provider in our network who serves your area.
That provider is a separate business. They talk with you, look at the roof, and give you a price. You choose what happens next.
What We Expect From Providers
Providers in our network are independent. We ask them to be clear about what they will do and what it will cost. We also expect them to:
- Give a written quote before work starts
- Explain materials and timelines in simple words
- Answer questions without pressure
- Follow local rules and permit steps
We cannot promise how any one job will go. Please check each provider's licensing and insurance yourself, and ask to see proof.
What We Do Not Do
We do not perform roof work. We do not set provider prices. We do not promise a result or a schedule. We also do not decide insurance claims. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
Costs, Without the Fog
Roofing prices vary a lot. In the U.S., a typical asphalt shingle replacement often falls around $6,000 to $15,000. Metal and tile cost more. Roof size, slope, tear-off layers, and decking repairs all change the total.
That is why a quote in writing matters. It lists the scope, the materials, and the price in one place. Compare two or three before you decide.
How We Are Paid
Being open about money matters. Providers in our network may pay Ministrymad Roofing for connecting them with homeowners. It does not change what you are quoted by us, because we do not quote. Your agreement is with the provider you choose.
