How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Ministrymad Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise With Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Ministrymad Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a contractor we connected you with behaved

When the Problem Is a Contractor

Contractors in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work on your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the contractor directly and keep notes in writing.

Please still let us know. Feedback about contractors helps keep our network honest. A contractor that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Keep in mind that Ministrymad Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a contractor's work, or make choices for a contractor.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@ministrymad.world and include:

  • Your name and how we can reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the contractor
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The contractor's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the contractor. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
